Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing the order. An additional 1 business day is required on weekends or on other holidays. In addition, the filling of orders may be slightly delayed.

Track order

To track the delivery of a personalizejewelry order, please refer to the tracking number sent in the shipping confirmation email sent to you when the order leaves our factory. Some orders can be packaged separately; in this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package, including tracking information.

Freight

Orders over $69 can be enjoyed with the shipping policy. Please note that some orders may be shipped in a separate package, but you only pay once for shipping.

CUSTOM NAME JEWELRY

We guarantee that all customized name products are handmade by our designers, such as name necklaces, name rings, etc. Because they are special personalized jewelry, we are sorry that we do not accept returns. Each customized product will be carefully inspected before leaving the factory. If you find that the product is defective, you can ship it back for a replacement for free.

CUSTOMIZATION ITEM

Customization items specially commissioned can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. These are items that CAN'T be purchased through this website. Customization items are not fully refundable. The refund amount would depend on order to order. Typically, the diamond is fully refunded and the setting is refunded approximately 50%. (if you wish to know exactly before you place your order, just ask us.) This refund is only available if the item is unworn, in a salable condition and is returned with its original packaging and certificate(s). You should also include proof of purchase. Please note that all jewelry returned will be checked by our experts to ensure it is as originally sent, by us to you, before a refund is processed.
